The San Marcos Goodeid (Xenotoca doadrioi) is a rare and endangered livebearing fish native to freshwater habitats in San Marcos, Jalisco, Mexico. Males are especially eye-catching, displaying bright red-orange coloration on the lower half of their body contrasted with a silvery-blue upper body, while females have a more muted silver-gray appearance.

This species is part of the Goodeidae family, known for their unique reproductive method where females give birth to live young and nourish them internally during development. Due to its threatened status in the wild, aquarium breeding is vital for its conservation.
