Jason’s Plecos & Cichlids LLC is an online freshwater fish store located in Union, Kentucky, serving aquarium hobbyists across the United States since 2017.

What started with a passion for Plecos and Cichlids has grown into a business focused on providing hobbyists with healthy, high-quality fish, including many rare and hard-to-find species.

🌎 Rare & Hard-to-Find Fish

We work with trusted breeders, importers, exporters, and wholesalers in the United States and around the world to bring our customers a wide variety of fish.

Rare fish are one of our biggest passions.

Over the years, we have had the opportunity to bring many unusual species and color variations into the hobby, including being the first to introduce the Albino Luteus Pleco to the U.S. market.

We also take fish identification seriously. When necessary, we research species and work with knowledgeable hobbyists and specialists to help provide accurate names and information.

We are fish hobbyists ourselves, and the health of the fish in our care is extremely important to us.

We work hard to provide proper water quality, feeding, housing, observation, and preparation before a fish leaves our care.

When it comes time to ship, each order is packed based on the species, fish size, destination, weather, and shipping method.

Our goal is simple: get your fish to you safely and in the best possible condition.

Local pickup is available in Union, Kentucky by appointment only. Our pickup location is a private residence and is not a walk-in retail fish store.
