Can I be refunded if I purchased a fish and changed my mind and not yet shipped?
Yes, you will be refunded. Please keep in mind that when a customer changes their mind, another customer may have wanted that same fish, the same time you did. That would be a loss of a sale. Please be ready and be sure this is the fish you want and have tank accommodations ready.
Can I be refunded if I purchased the fish and they are already shipped out?
No, you will not be refunded. Once a shipment leaves our facility there are no more refunds available unless the fish are DOA and within the time frame stated.
Can I be refunded of the shipping charges?
Under no circumstance will shipping charges be refunded. This is a customer responsibility. If we mess an order up like not sending the correct total such as you order 3 fish and we sent 2, we will send those fish out on the next available shipping day and pay for shipping since that was our fault or include on your next shipment or refund of the missing fish. This will be a customer choice.
Can I be refunded if the fish is DOA?
Yes, but on a case by case basis. Please refer to the FAQ section for more information.
