The Petrochromis macrognathus “Moshi” is a bold and highly active African cichlid native to the rocky shorelines of Lake Tanganyika. This “Moshi” variant is especially admired for its rich golden-orange to reddish coloration and streamlined body shape. Like all Petrochromis, it is an aggressive, herbivorous species that spends most of its time grazing algae from rocks.
