There are host of things that can go wrong, things that we can’t see with the naked eye and so on.
You agree that you will quarantine your fish from Jason’s Plecos & Cichlids LLC or from any other seller.
We will not be held responsible for any damages that happen to your fish whether you quarantine or not. It is virtually impossible to put blame on the seller for fish in your tank that are sick after you add fish from a seller. We do not and will not willingly or knowingly sell any sick fish.
It is the customers responsibility on the outcome of their aquarium and its inhabitants.
Shipping fish adds a lot of stress to a fish and during that process fish can quickly within hours develop noticeable symptoms. There are no partial or full refunds should a fish arrive visibly with fungus, ich, etc.
As each fish is bagged up, we inspect for sunken belly or anything visible on the body.
As stated in our Terms and Conditions, should we find one that we can’t ship out, we will contact you for a replacement or refund but under no circumstances will they be shipped out even if you agree that you want it shipped out in its current condition.
